About Tony Bowen

My name is Tony Bowen, and I created Tony Bowen IT Solutions to combine my IT education, hands-on troubleshooting experience, and desire to help people solve real technology problems.

I have completed four years of Information Technology training with a strong focus on artificial intelligence, cloud computing, programming, operating systems, networking, cybersecurity concepts, virtual machines, and hands-on technical troubleshooting. After graduating, I am continuing my education by starting a new Bachelor of Science program in Cybersecurity, building on my IT foundation with a deeper focus on security, systems, and protecting technology environments.

I am focused on building practical skills in areas that matter in real IT work, including computer troubleshooting, software support, Windows systems, Linux systems, cloud computing, virtual machines, networking, cybersecurity lab practice, AI and ChatGPT prompt engineering, workflow building, programming, web development, electronics, and automation.

My goal is to keep growing as an IT professional while helping individuals, churches, businesses, and community members with technology issues that slow them down.

I believe the best way to learn technology is by working with it directly. I have experience building virtual machines, working through cloud computing coursework, using Kali Linux in lab environments, practicing with cybersecurity tools, experimenting with Flipper Zero and ESP32 Marauder in controlled learning environments, writing programs, troubleshooting software, building websites, working with electronics, and using Windows PowerShell for system support and diagnostics.

My Christian faith is an important part of who I am and how I serve others. I believe in honest work, patience, respect, and helping people without making technology feel overwhelming.
